About Sponsorships

• Sponsorship opportunities are not available for a company whose primary business is producing, marketing, selling, re[1]selling, or distributing healthcare products used by or on patients (as defined by the ACCME Standards for Integrity and Independence).
  
• Will not be providing attendee information to any sponsors without permission from the attendee.

TransPride Sponsorship Level Packages

Full Spectrum Sponsor ($25,000 - one available)

• Your logo displayed in rotation on the Home, Agenda, and Profile sections on the Whova App and on the Whova website and on every session throughout the conference.
• Sponsorship page on the Whova website and app that is customizable by you to include photos, video, and direct contact with participants.
• Logo (with link back to your organization) on the top (Full Spectrum) tier of the sponsor section on the TransPride YOUniting Health & Wellness Conference  website. 
• Complimentary conference registration for 5 attendees. 
• First listed sponsor with logo in closing session acknowledgments.

​Prism Level Sponsor ($15,000 - three available)

• Your logo displayed in rotation on the Home, Agenda, and Profile sections on the Whova App and on the Whova website and on all sessions in one primary track (Medical, Behavioral, or Community) of your choice (first come, first choice*) throughout the conference.
• Sponsorship page on the Whova website and app that is customizable by you to include photos, video, and direct contact with participants.
• Logo (with link back to your organization) on the second (Prism) tier of the sponsor section on the TransPride YOUniting Health & Wellness Conference website. 
• Complimentary conference registration for 3 attendees. 
• Listed in second sponsor tier with logo in closing session acknowledgments.

Pride Level Sponsor ($10,000)

• Your logo displayed in rotation on the Home, Agenda, and Profile sections on the Whova App and on the Whova website and optionally up to four individual sessions of your choice (first come, first choice*).
• Sponsorship page on the Whova website and app that is customizable by you to include photos, video, and direct contact with participants.

Pink Level Sponsor ($2,500)

Ally Level Sponsor ($1,000)

• Your logo (with link back to your organization) on the last (Ally) tier of the sponsor section on the TransPride YOUniting Health & Wellness Conference website. 
• Listed in last sponsor tier by name (without logo) in closing session acknowledgments. 

Supporter Level Sponsor ($500)

• Ideal for individuals or organizations who simply wish to support the conference.
• Listed by name on the last (Supporter) tier of the sponsor section on the TransPride YOUniting Health & Wellness Conference website. 
• Listed in last sponsor tier by name (without logo) in closing session acknowledgments. 

 * (Our platform allows for 3 sponsors per individual session, so availability of individual tracks or sessions will be assigned on a first come basis. We will work with you to find the best match, if your desired slot is already full).
